Accounting Clerk
**Job Duties** **(included but not limited to):**

+ Direct, manage and monitor Accounting and gifting department staff.

+ Prepare budgets, manage, monitor, distribute and reconcile all daily, weekly and month end cash accounts.

+ Accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash reports.

+ Codes invoices and check requests, obtain appropriate approvals, submits to A/P for processing.

+ Review, analyze and communicate all department financial information.

+ Verifies and enters data on ticket sales cash reports.

+ Perform month -end closing activities, special projects, and duties.

+ Must be detail oriented, and able to compile and analyze data.

+ Strong problem solving skills a must.

**Job Requirements** :

+ Associates degree in Accounting, Bachelors degree preferred.

+ Two years practical Accounting experience.

+ Must be able to meet deadlines.

+ Ability to adapt to changing procedures and programs.

+ Excellent communication and phone skills.

+ Cash-handling experience.

+ Familiarity with multiple Accounting programs.

+ Typing skills and knowledge of Word and Excel programs a must.
