Corporate Business Manager

Job Description

+ Manage and implement strategy to achieve revenue and gross margin goals.

+ Provide a point of contact and direction throughout the Workwear matrix functions i.e. Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Operations, Finance and Forecasting.

+ Provide direction on target markets, brand positioning, market segmentation, "go to market" strategy, customer and sales strategies, product development and innovation, production lead-times etc. for all retail businesses.

+ Prepares and drives business cases and plans to support growth. This includes on-going analysis of market trends, maintaining in depth customer knowledge, close collaboration with sales and marketing to determine opportunities.

+ Manage existing business cycle for multiple brands in the retail channel. This includes providing appropriate sales forecasting information, managing customer specific opportunities, identifying new business opportunities and driving execution throughout the organization.

+ Provide expertise in assortment and floor management planning.

+ Provide guidance on "in-store" layout, fixturing and product models.

+ Act as the liaison between retail sales and accounts and internal matrix functions.


+ BS in business or related field, MBA preferred

+ 10+ year multi-functional Retail experience in Apparel or CPG.

+ Experience in supporting Planning, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc. in a matrix environment

+ Experience in "Retail" brand management

+ Strong financial analysis ability

+ Strong communication skills, written and verbal

+ Strong business acumen

+ Strong collaboration and influencing skills

+ Strong "Bridge Building" skills to work across multiple brands and organizations.
