In a nutshell, our solutions help clients ensure payments for health care claims are paid correctly, by the responsible party, for eligible members, according to contractual terms, free of error or duplication, and without fraudulent, wasteful or abusive practices. Primary Responsibilities: Partner with our business partners on a backlog of enhancement and maintenance projects to deliver improved value for our customers Manage an agile delivery team of engineers in the Payment Integrity space.
This role will coordinate and supervise the daily activities for which they are ultimately accountable Own your applications' technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems.
Technical experience is a must Regularly release software leveraging automation wherever possible CI/CD pipelines, test automation, DevOps monitoring and alarming Modernize your software portfolio by leveraging cloud based IaaS wherever possible Required Qualifications: 2+ years previous delivery manager experience 2+ years leading agile delivery teams 2+ years managing or contributing to applications running in the public or private cloud (Azure, AWS, Openstack or equivalent) Rapid product delivery using CI/CD technologies (Jenkins, Sonar, Fortify) Experience owning applications delivered in a DevOps model Bachelor's degree or higher Preferred Qualifications: Health Care experience Experience with infrastructure as code (Chef, Puppet, Terraform or equivalent) Experience with database migrations as code (Flyway, Active Record, Liquibase or equivalent) Experience with container based application development (Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent) Technology Careers with Optum.
